Lock down is a necessary evil. easing lock down is necessary because about 45% of the population don’t have food on their table.. I’m proposing that it should be done cautiously though .let experts categorise the high risk areas, and low risk areas then ease lock down in a phased manner 2registration of passengers should also be considered before using any public transport for easy tracking here the owner of a boda boda or vehicle or a stage should keep records even the passengers should also get a record of the registration number of which ever transport one will ever be using
