City Engineer Pichan Succumbs To Covid-19 At Mulago Hospital

Phillip Pichan, a construction engineer with the Local Government ministry has succumbed to COVID-19 at Mulago Referral Hospital.
According to one of his friends Honesty Matu revealed that Eng.Pichan was rushed to hospital last week after developing breathing complications, severe headache and dry cough.
It is said that by the time of his admission at Mulago, the virus had ravaged his organs including lungs.
“A young man with a young family and children and at the prime of his Engineering career has just left us because of COVID -19,” Mutu said.

Eng Phillip Pichan, was the Chairman of Namugongo Catholic Shrine and a resident of Kyaliwajjala just after prime petrol station on Kira Road.

He worked at MoLG and pioneered several works in the Country including Construction of Soroti market, Tororo, Arua markets among several other projects he undertook that helped humanity.
