Excitement As MP Ssegirinya Unveils New Kawempe North Bus Project

Kawempe North legislator honourable Ssegirinya Muhammad has yet again come up with another project for his constituents dubbed ‘The Bus Project’.

Through his social media handles, the legislator has revealed that before the end of September, Kawempe North bus will be in place operating.

He further thanked Ugandans who live in Amsterdam and it is expected that they are the people who contributed for the bus.

“Kawempe North bus service will be unveiled in September. . . . . . thanks Ugandans in Amsterdam Netherlands,” Ssegirinya’s tweet reads.

Ssegirinya didn’t explain much on the bus project, however, reliable sources confirmed to this website that his busses will be used to transport constiuents at reduced fares. On the other hand it can also be used to transport people at original fares and then the profits used in developing other constituency projects.

Few weeks ago, the legislator unveiled Kawempe North Institute which is under construction. This follows a number of visible projects done by Ssegirinya for his constiuents for example, the Kawempe North Hospital which is well equipped with different instruments such as scanners, X- rays and others.

The legislators also says that the hospital is filled with necessary drugs and treatment for people of Kawempe North people is done on reduced costs.

He also recently unveiled two imbulances which are used to transport patients to hospitals. These are equiped with oxygen cyrinders which are used to support lives of critically ill patients in transit.

Hon. Ssegirinya also promised not to use the 200M money to buy a car as stipulated by the Government. He said he had no problem with continuing to drive his Raum car and use the money to improve lives of the people of Kawempe North.

He promised to use the money to construct a female wing on Kawempe North Hospital, help women with increasing their capital through Ssegi box and to extend relief food to needy people in his area.
