Breaking! City Tycoon ‘Ben Kavuya’ Survives Assassination As Robbers Are Arrested Trying To Enter His House

The Directorate of Crime Intelligence has conducted an intelligence led operation that culminated into arrest of four suspects who had gone for Robbery at City businessman Ben Kavuya’s residence in Mbuya, a Kampala surbub.

TheCapitaltimes has learnt that the arrest followed a tip off to police by a family member after suspecting an attack in the wee hours of Tuesday, March, 10, 2020.

We’ve further established the arrested suspects as Dan Muwoza  from Kisenyi,  George Byakatonda  a mechanic from Katwe ,Moses Kanyankole and Alex Mwamba.

According to suspects, the plot to rob and assassinate Mr. Kavuya was done by his driver one Kanyankole who tipped off friends that the tycoon had over four million dollars in the house.

 

Ben Kavuya commonly referred to as Chairman is the founder member of Legacy Group. He is responsible for overseeing the development of Rutungu Investments from a small start-up business with a few employees to a multi-million empire as it stands today.

His reputation is one of his greatest assets. He is well known for his entrepreneurialism and foresight, and for his ethical behaviour, generosity and integrity.

Ben Kavuya is the proprietor of Global Capital Saving company Limited. His business deals in money lending and real estate.
