The Holy month of Ramadan can be draining especially for people who have busy schedules to extent that they barely have time to prepare an Iftar meal to break their fast. It can be frustrating and disruptive.

Speke Hotel is saving all the Muslims the time and hustle to beat the heavy Kampala traffic jam by serving a sumptuous Iftar Platter every day. This will go on until the fasting period ends and eid is celebrated.

“The sweets of Iftar always taste sweeter when shared with your family. Iftar is served every day at Speke Hotel from 7 to 9 pm; the offer commenced on 13th April and will run through the fasting period of Ramadan at only Shs35, 000 per platter, the hotel announced at start of Ramadan.

The Iftar Platter consists of samosa, beef and goat muchomo, chips, fruits, glass of fresh juice and ice cream. This can be served at any of the hotel’s cozy restaurants like Kyber Pass Restaurant, Rock Gardens, Pizzeria, Gentleman’s Lounge and the Rock Bar.

Speke Hotel, Plot 7-9 Nile Avenue, one of the oldest hotels in Uganda’s capital Kampala, is a cozy hotel named after the famous British explorer, John Hannington Speke who discovered the source of River Nile.
