Hon Lt Gen James Mugira ; Managing Director of National Enterprise Corporation ,the business wing of Uganda Peoples Defence Forces ‘UPDF’ hosted H.E. Ambassador Kerem Alp the Turkey Ambassador to Uganda.

The Ambassador was accompanied by Mr Sezgin Koral Counsellor for Interior Affairs and Col Ismail Demirtas Defence Attache to Uganda. The meeting was held at NEC Headquarters, Bugolobi.
Later in the afternoon Hon LT Gen Mugira met Lt Col Toby Barrington Barnes the British Defence Attache in Uganda.

Gen Mugira discussed with both groups matters concerning cooperation in the field of Defence Industries.

The meetings were attended by the General Manager-Luwero Industries; Maj Gen Sabiiti Muzeyi and General Manager-NEC Construction Works and Engineering Ltd; Eng Brian Buhanda.
