Chrispas Katunda’s leadership journey began early, serving as deputy head boy at Rwabutura Primary School and later as head prefect during his A-level studies at Sheema Premier School. He carried this spirit into his university days, where he served as the GRC of the Faculty of Business Administration at the university.
He attained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and is currently a finalist student at Kampala International University, pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
Today, he serves as the interline chairman of Victors Investment Club-Mbarara and treasurer of Mbarara Corporate Facilities Managers, overseeing over 1,000 members combined.
Through his ventures, Xpress Facilities Management and SMUT Ushering Services, Chrispas has created over 250 jobs for youth, directly addressing unemployment and inspiring a new generation of leaders.
