One of city men of God Bishop David Kiganda , the Founder and Senior pastor of Christianity Focus Ministries and MD 93 Kingdom FM can at least settle down after one of the suspected land fraud Sters threatened to deal with him personally.

Mr. John Katonya (who claims to be building on behalf of a very big person in Government) has been having severe land wrangles with Pastor Kiganda was finally on Thursday 12th December arrested and spent his first night in a police custody at Kira Road Police Station on the cases of impersonation,uttering fake documents,forgery ,criminal trespass among others. Mr.Katonya’s file was already sanctioned by the office of  directorate of public prosecution,then on Friday 13th December, he was produced at  Buganda road Court and read charges which he all pleaded not guilty.The accused was later which has sent him to Luzira Prisons until the 19th December.
Katonya is also being investigated by police on SD Ref. 66/13/02/2019 related to grabbing of Mengo Kisenyi land belonging to Christianity Focus Centre, Mengo Kisenyi, (a church pastored by DR. Bp. David Kiganda) as it was proved by a Government Surveyor’s Report which was solicited by the KMP’s office and confirmed by the Senior Staff Surveyor.
Anti- Corruption Unit office who recently ordered that file be taken to the DPP (after stacking in the hands of Uganda police for 10 months which aided the culprit not only to grab land, but also to built and finished his 8 comportment building without being prosecuted in courts of law.
