Budding Uganda songstress Felister Di Superstar on Wednesday completed her Primary Leaving Examinations (P.L.E) at Kampala Parents School, which is under the proprietorship of tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia’s Ruparelia Foundation.

Felister, who was among the over 400 pupils that sat for their P.L.E this year, said that she was positive about passing the exams because she had done her best at revising.

“I expect to get good marks in my exams, because the teachers did their job of teaching and preparing us adequately,” Felister said shortly after doing her last exam.

Speaking about Kampala Parents School, Felister said that; “This is a wonderful school and I have enjoyed my time here. I urge parents out there to bring their children to study here too.”

Asked what she is going to do now that she is going on a long vacation, Felister said that; “During My vacation I’m going to do music. My fans should just look out for great music from me any time from now.”

Lilly Kojo, one of Felister’s classmates said that; “She has really been a great friend and is very vibrant. We all love her for that. I’m sure she will pass PLE with amazing marks. She has been crazy by the way. This girl is mad, but bright at the same time.”

Felister’s father Nyanzi Mike, who was so grateful to Kampala Parents School for educating his daughter, said that; “Firstly, I thank the Ruparelia Foundation for having accepted to give Felister a bursary and supporting her in all ways until she completed primary seven and sat for the P.L.E.”

“I also thank Kampala Parents School for having admitted and educated her for all the time she has been studying until she completed her studies here,” he added.

The Principal of the school Ms. Daphne Kato, said that all thanks go to God for having enabled her pupils to complete primary seven.

“I thank God for having helped my pupils complete P.7. There were over 400 but no one fell sick. We are really very grateful to the chairman of this Foundation, Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, the Board of Directors, the staff, parents and the pupils of this school. We all worked together as a team and we’ve been able to come to this.”

Ms. Kato added that; “The pupils were well-prepared and the teachers did a wonderful job. All the facilities were put in place by the directors and we hope the results will be very good. We know COVID-19 caused a lot of problems but we thank God that we have managed to achieve this.”

She however noted that admissions to the school in all classes are already ongoing in a bid to fill the gap that has been left behind by the primary seven leavers who have completed their exams.
