Most people stop reading the day they drop out of School or University (Bakka 2000) mostly in Africa.

There can be no doubts that adults in Africa also read, if not as much, or as much for leisure, as many including Ugandan President Museveni would like to see improve. (Museveni 2009)

A reading culture relies heavily on text for Political and Commercial communication.

That’s why NRM’s Ssewava Joseph constructed Gen. Museven ideological centre and donated it to his birth district of Bukomansimbi to act as an ideological centre for NRM literature and social economic programs literature like Parish development model notes.

During the officiation of the centre by Rt. Hon. Lukia Nakadama, the third deputy Prime minister, it was also a pleasure for leaders from Bukomansimbi to endorse Gen. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for 2026 because of his resilience and commitment to drive Uganda to middle income status despite global economic challenges of COVID-19 which has ravaged many powerful nations.

Hon. Lukia Nakadama, Eng. Ssewava and other officials at the grand opening of the ideological centre

Eng. Ssewava who is the Head Political Mobilisation in the Office of the President also commonly known as a “State Keeper”, thanked Hon. Nakadama for loving President Museveni to the bone marrow, but also hailed her for gracing the officiation of the Museveni ideological centre.

Rt. Hon. Lukia Isanga Nakadama, sometimes written as Rukia Isanga Nakadama, is a Ugandan businesswoman, educator and politician and ardent supporter of President Museveni and the NRM party.

She never wish washy on matters of national importance. She is the current Third Deputy Prime Minister of Uganda and Minister Without Portfolio.
