Panic At State House Nakesero As Deadly Terrorists Plot To Bomb Kampala Markets,Hospitals

Uganda’s Counter terrorism team is on high alert the recent arrest of one of Kenya/America’s most wanted terrorist, Abdikadir Mohammed Mahat.

Following Mahat’s arrest, Uganda is on high alert.This comes after plans to attack Owino Market, State House Nakesero, Serena Hotel and Mulago Hospital among other sensitive places.

To this, Counter Terrorism Director Abas Byakagaba has authored a two-page directive so as to counter the threat.
