MPs Mwijukye,Ngabirano Cheat Death In Mbarara Road Accident

Buhweju Member of Parliament, Francis Mwijukye of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and his counterpart Hon Charles Ngabirano for Rwampara (National Resistance Movement – NRM) were involved in a minor accident at Mbarara.

The two legislators were on Sunday May 24, 2020 travelling in Mwijukye’s car by the time it collided with a Toyota Wish near Agip in Mbarara city.

The two had just left Radio West where they had a morning radio political talk show.

According to law maker Ngabirano, revealed that they didn’t sustain any injuries.

“I was traveling with Hon Mwijukye in his official vehicle and that other ravaged car knocked us . We did not sustain any injuries ,the guy who knocked us ran away but has been apprehended and taken to hospital. He was very drunk and the vehicle was running like a bullet,” Ngabirano said.
