The entertainment scene in London will never be the same again because this year top Ugandan Brands have teamed up to power a massive concert dubbed the UG Fest, which will be held in London on July 4, 2026, at the Newham Leisure Centre.
The UG Fest is an annual event organised by Jobslink Group, a company owned by Ugandan UK-based events promoter Joseph Kiggundu alias Jose and this time round it will feature performances by celebrated Ugandan artists among them Cindy Sanyu, Apass, Ray G, Omega 256, DJ Suuna Ben, Mbaziira Tony of the Binyanya fame, and several others.

We have learnt that some of the leading brands that are set to fire up the UG Fest include Bukedde TV 1, Vision Digital Experience, Housing Finance Bank, Centenary Bank, Reportage Africa, Victoria University, Ethiopian Airways, Jobslink Group, Matooke Supermarket, Diaspora Insurance among others.
“We are so grateful for the support that our sponsors have extended towards the organising of the UG Fest 2026 and for their belief in this event. To that effect, we are excited to share that children under the age of 12 years will be able to attend for only £5 all courtesy of the support from the sponsors, ” Kiggundu, the Managing Director of Jobslink Group said.

He added that unlike other events that the company has held in the London in the past, the UG Fest 2026 is all about celebrating family, culture, and the Ugandan community in London.

Kiggundu stressed that other factors kept constant, the UG Fest shall mainly feature Ugandan cultural performances, traditional dishes, and family-friendly activities that are aimed at creating unforgettable moments for the attendees.

He also observed that the event is meant to gather Ugandan families, investors and influencers in London and parts of Europe not just for entertainment but also meaningful interactions and networking.
