Excitement As UNEB Is Set To Release PLE Results At Spacious Kampala Parents’ School

The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is set to release results of the 2019 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) on Friday January 17, 2020, 11:00am at Kampala Parents’ School.

This was revealed in a Notice released by the Ministry of Education and Sports on Wednesday, alerting Ugandans that PLE results will be officially released during a function to be held at one of the model schools’ main hall along lugogo by pass, Kampala.

The colorful function will be graced by the Minister for education and sports, who is also the First Lady Janet Kataha Museveni and this will be the fourth time, who has been at the helm since 2016.

According to reliable sources, there will be a briefing on the performance of pupils on Thursday in the presence of minister Janet Museveni.

UNEB spokesperson Jennifer Kalule said “The examination’s body officials will brief Education ministers on the performance of last year’s Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) on Thursday January, 16, 2020 at 11:00Am and later release them on Friday January 17, 2020 at 11:00Am.

A total of 695,793 candidates sat for PLE, of whom 51.7% are girls sat for PLE last year.

It should be noted that Kampala Parents School, is  renowned for producing some of the best performers in PLE, a record they have kept for years.

At Kampala parents the majority of the candidates who sit their PLE pass in division one.
