Former Foreign Affairs minister Sam Kutesa has been rushed back to Germany hospital.

Family sources say that Kutesa was flown to Germany shortly after attending the launch of Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda’s book at Sheraton Hotel Kampala.

Kutesa spent most of late last year and early this year hospitalized in Germany over throat related complications. He was discharged in late march after making some improvements.

However, his family resolved to return him to Germany so that his health concerns are further addressed.

Kutesa is a father in law of the First Son and also the senior presidential advisor on special operations Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

Kutesa’s daughter Charlotte is the wife of Muhoozi.

President Museveni’s wife, Janet was a cousin of Kutesa’s late wife Jennifer Kutesa.
