It is alleged that Members of Parliament secretly chopped off a percentage of the supplementary budget money meant for Ministry Of Health towards coronavirus to themselves to facilitate committees established by Parliament to join national activities in the fight against the pandemic.

Close and reputable sources have revealed to us that the Parliamentarians have deducted UGX 5 billion from the additional 104Bn supplementary allocation meant for Ministry of Health. We are yet to discover the source of the other 5billion.
