Upcoming Musician, Gladiator the Emperor has vowed to sue singer Alimpa Lusuku lwa Cement and Kid Dee for copyright-related issues.

Emperor alleges that the two, Alimpa and Kid Dee connived and re-did his song from Eddy Dees studio in Makindye.

According to Emperor, Kid Dee approached him one day while at the studio and requested a collabo, which he accepted, little did he notice that Kid Dee was on a mission to snatch the song.

A few months later, it is alleged that the song was re-done at the same studio by Kid Dee and Alimpa. This has annoyed Emperor who has moved to sue both of them, including producer Eddy Dee.

It should be noted that Alimpa has been previously accused of stealing songs from several Artists, including his hit song Lusuku Lwa Cement.

Recently flopping Alimpa, got involved in an accident on bombo road which almost claimed his life, leaving him lame.
