After a year of paying tribute to the deceased Deputy Principal, Kampala Parents School (KPS), a private mixed primary school in Naguru has announced that they are now healed and looking for a replacement.
According to an announcement released via its socials, the requirements for one to get shortlisted for the interview should have a Minimum experience of 7 years as a classroom teacher across the primary age range.
Prior experience of curriculum leadership to promote pupils enjoyment in learning.
Prior experience of managing teaching resources and a cirriculum budget.
Prior experience of devising and implementing strategies to deliver objectives and enable students to pass highly as expected.
Must have gone through ranks of HOS / HOD and Head of Section.
Experience of developing good relationship with a range of stakeholders and maximizing their contribution to raising standards.
Age:
Not Above 45 Years.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
To carry out cirriculim development of study time: inclusive of management of timetable and staff resourcing.
To support the principal in his/ her role within the school and act in his/ her absence.
QUALIFICATIONS.
Masters Degree in Education/ Business Administration, Bachelors Degree in Education, 10 years experience in an administrative post.
He or She should be willing to work for Shs. 2,500,000 – Shs. 3, 500, 000 per Month.
