List: JSC Confirms 25 Acting Judicial Officers To Permanent Status

The judiciary has appointed twenty-five judicial officers at different levels to dispense justice to Ugandans and reduce on the case backlogs.

In a message released by Judicial service commission, the newly appointed officers range from the senior principal magistrates grade l, acting chief magistrates, principal magistrates
grade 1,and senior magistrates grade 1.

The Ugandan constitution mandates the Judicial Service Commission to appoint all Judicial officers who have been in the acting capacity to permanent status.
