Min.Lokoris,Rubondo Commission Tilenga Oil Processing Facility In Buliisa

The State Minister for Minerals, Peter Lokeris, has commissioned the Constitution of the Oil Processing Facility (CPF) at the Tilenga Project in Buliisa District.

Speaking at the function, Minister Lokoris revealed that the CPF will collect crude Oil from various Oil Wells in the two districts of Nwoya and Buliisa and then separate it from other waste.

Ernest Rubondo, the Executive Director of the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU), said that the project is aimed at improving crude oil refinery programme construction in Kabalega Industrial Area in the Kabaale sub-county, Hoima District.
