The chairperson for Defence and Internal affairs committee in Parliament Hon Doreen Amule and Woman MP representing Amolatar District lauded UPDF for its good work and great sacrifice in providing peace and security. She said the interface will help in projecting the future by correctly answering questions concerning the achievements and challenges of the Defence ministry, adding that it will also help in identifying strategies for better performance. The interface also covered the overall security situation in the country, recent troop recruitments and trainings as well as AMISOM operations, among others.
