The Hi-tech City, envisioned as a magnet for private sector investment, will rise as a beacon of innovation, drawing in thinkers, builders, and dreamers from across the continent.

Science and technology parks will sprout across the country, transforming regions into hubs of experimentation and enterprise. Intellectual property frameworks will be fortified, ensuring that Ugandan inventors are not just protected but empowered to profit from their genius. The education system will undergo a metamorphosis, with STEM—Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics—woven into the fabric of every curriculum.
