Just a few days after announcing that he will be building a five-star hotel in the heart of Kampala, on Nile Avenue – the land where Kingdom Kampala mall is, property mogul Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia has yet again made a grand revelation of building another five-star hotel on one of the islands in Lake Victoria.

On 1st May, as the world celebrated Labour Day, Ruparelia Group was inaugurating Speke Resort Paradise Hotel which will be built on magnificent Paradise Island inside Lake Victoria.

According to sources, the project’s first phase, which will have high-end 24 cottages, will be ready by November 2022.

The latest revealing comes from Uganda’s richest man Dr Sudhir Ruparelia who has announced that in 2023, he will start the construction of a 200-roomed Kingdom Kampala Hotel on land located at Nile Avenue.
