Singer Victor Ruz Joins Victoria University

Ndese Love hitmaker alias Victor Ruz is the latest entrant on the list of celebrities who have scooped opportunities to join Uganda’s leading private Victoria University.

This was confirmed by Victoria university’s vice-chancellor Dr. Lawrence Muganaga saying the young talent will be joining Uganda’s leading private university.
