Speke Apartments Hosts Sumptuous Cake Mixing Fete Ahead Of Xmas Festivities

Speke Apartments Wampewo today hosted Uganda’s first cake mixing ceremony at La Cabana restaurant in Kampala. The much-attended event took place at the Restaurant’s poolside lounge kicking off at 4 pm, East African time.

Cake mixing is an activity that follows a definite process of putting the elaborate cake ingredients together, mixing them and then waiting till the mixture is ready for baking and distribution to residents and invited guests.

All is set, and attendees take part in the cake mixing exercise

According to organisers, the aim of this event is to create a fun and engaging experience where the residents and invited guests would be involved in the cake mixing process with some engaging activities like networking over cocktails, sparkling wine.

“This will be a buildup to other Christmas activities which will include special packages on room rates at Speke Apartments, so guests can enjoy premium accommodation in the heart of the city”.

Also, during the festive season, the Lacabana restaurant will have a special Christmas menu.
