Police in Bunyangabu District arrested and detained the area LC V Chairperson James Ategeka Mugarama after disciplining the area Resident District Commissioner Jane Asiimwe Muhindo with deadly slaps over a government double cabin.
According to reports, Ms Muhindo had gone to pick the Chairman’s official car, which is a government given vehicle, as per presidential directives to help in the Coronavirus fight.
