Judiciary has cautioned four Law Development Centre (LDC) students who were caught in a video dancing to “Tumbiza Sound’.

They recorded the video at Civil Division of High Court premises in Kampala.

Commercial Court’s Justice on Duty, Lady Justice Anne Mugenyi, described the act as “unprofessional and unethical”.

They are part of the 18 students currently doing clerkship training.

In another development, LDC management said the students will face disciplinary action any time.

Eight bar course students undertaking clerks were identified as Ann Kakidi, Annet Nambafu, Mary Zeridah Nabirye, Gloria Nyinamatsiko, Justine Kyomuhendo, Immaculate Kamaliza and Edith Basemera.

According to the summons issued by Victor Omega on behalf of the head of the Bar Course, the students are expected to meet in the office of the head bar course without fail.
