Tycoon Sudhir’s New Kabira Country Club 350 Apartments Redefines Bukoto Skylines

The extension of Kabira Country owned by city tycoon Sudhir Rupaleria has redefined the skylines around Bukoto-Ntinda areas with the new leisure facility imposing a magnificent image in the area.

The leisure facility, once complete, will be East Africa’s biggest leisure hotel with more rooms than any other facility.

According to sources, City business magnet Sudhir Ruparelia is likely to launch this year his 350 swanky apartments connected on the newly expanded Kabira Country Club hotel.

The hotel located in Bukoto, Kampala sits on 11k square meter.

The multimillion hotel expansion project that is now in the final stages of its completion will have facilities like; squash courts, huge indoor and outdoor restaurants, a youth and business centre, conference facilities, poolside apartments, a six-lane bowling alley and underground parking facilities.

The Capital Times has learnt that apartment complex of this hotel will have one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments that will be fully furnished and built to british standards.

Sudhir is said to have invested billions in the expansion of the Kabira Country Club, aiming to transform the hotel into a world-class facility.

The businessman owns several other properties in and outside Uganda. They include; Victoria University, Speke Resort – Munyono, Speke Apartments, Tourist Hotel, Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort Ltd, Kampala International School, and Kampala Parent’s School. He is also the managing director of Meera Investments Ltd.
