Intelligence organs and security forces are actively investigating the fire outbreak at Makerere University Main building that started today at around midnight hours.

The fire is believed to have started from the roof spreading to floors that house both records and finance departments; a lot of property has been destroyed, this website has learnt.

By this morning Police fire and rescue services had managed to contain the fire and sources indicate that this might be part of Plan B which was launched by one of the opposition leaders and former presidential hopeful.

According to a source in opposition, this is part of their opposition game plan to target key government installations, businesses like fuel stations, shopping arcades, hotels etc ahead of the 2021 general elections.

“The plan is to destroy such universities, burn fuel stations, markets; arcades, kill influential businessmen and government officials such we cause hatred against this government and it loses political support from the public before the next general elections”.

It is also revealed that this plan which has blessing, support and funding from some rogue foreign states is aimed at tainting the image of the government as a failure before its citizens which would lead to an uprising because this will paint a picture that state has failed to protect them and their property.

It is also revealed that about 400 strong criminals have been trained and deployed to different urban centers in the country to push the evil plans.

The public is however warned to desist from being used by these political vultures whose political intention to capture state power is intended to satisfy their evil interests and that of their foreign backers.

The future of Uganda will be very dark if these individuals are entrusted with the state power.

Security is investigating the cause of this fire and any individual(s) involved will pay a every huge huge price.
