Just In: M7 Sacks Maj Gen Sabiti, Reappoints Gen Kainerugaba Commander Of SFC

Command in chief of armed forces President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni with immediate effect has fired  Deputy Inspector General of Police Maj Gen Sabiiti Muzeyi and replaced him with Maj Gen Paul Lokech, who has been on mission to monitor the demobilisation and integration of South Sudan troops under the UPDF watch to stabilize great lakes region.

UPDF spokespersonBrig.Flavia Byekwaso also confirmed other changes, where Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba,a senior presidential advisor on Special Operations has been reappointed as new Commander Special Force Command.

Gen Sabiiti has been sent to the Military headquarter for redeployment. Maj Gen James Birungi has replaced Maj Gen Lokech.
