The Director Crime Intelligence AIGP Christopher Damulira has been recognized for his outstanding efforts in mobilizing police officers to join Exodus Sacco.
This was earlier today, Thursday, during the sacco’s 12th Annual General Meeting at the Police headquarters in Naguru.
The meeting was a celebration of excellence, honoring outstanding members and staff for their remarkable contributions.
And the crime intelligence boss’ mobilisation work was recognized. Over the years, Damulira’s dedication to promoting financial inclusion and empowerment among police officers has been commendable.
This recognition for his work for the Sacco is one of many more to come.
AIGP Damulira’s efforts to mobilize police officers for Exodus Sacco are part of his broader commitment to promoting community policing and engaging with vulnerable groups. He has been instrumental in donating motorcycles to boda boda riders in Nansana, aimed at empowering them economically and reducing their vulnerability to criminal manipulation.
His recognition for mobilizing police officers for Exodus Sacco is a testament to his tireless efforts to promote financial inclusion and empowerment among police officers.
He took to X (formerly Twitter) to share the good news: “At the 12th Annual General Meeting of Police Exodus SACCO today at Police HQ Naguru, I am previledged for having been honoured by IGP and the leadership of Police Exodus SACCO for my relentless efforts to mobilise police officers under my Directorate and the entire force to save under Exodus for the officers’ financial security and well being.
The SACCO provides a safety net that protects our officers from financial storm and gives them the power to plan , prepare and prosper as they determine their financial destiny.”
As the Director of Crime Intelligence, AIGP Damulira has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, which have been recognized through various awards. He was awarded the Exemplary Order Service Class 2 medal, the second-highest medal in the Uganda Police Force, for his extraordinary leadership, professionalism, and commitment to service.
