Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan, who is currently dating a lad identified as Shakib Lutaaya aka Cham, is at loggerheads with the managers of a popular hangout spot known as Divine Resort & Spa, which had contracted her to do a promotional photoshoot for the facility.

Apparently, Moles reveal that the Resort’s management a few days ago entered into a deal whereby they would use Zari and Lutaaya’s photos which were taken at their swimming pool for a promotional campaign.

However, it is said that Zari got shocked to see the photos flooded on social media this week and they have since gone viral.

In one of the said photos, Lutaaya is seen romancing Zari, who is clad in a black bikini, before he hungrily licks or rather kisses her bum.

But whereas several netizens are excited over the photos, Moles reveal that Zari, who is a mother of five children, two of them with Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnums and three with late hubby Ivan Ssemwanga, is angry because the photographer released them without her consent.

As a result, she has since reportedly canceled the contract with the hotel, accusing its managers of allegedly infringing her right to privacy.

As a result of this, Zari has said that she will henceforth no longer contract and will not be tagging the Resort and Spa on any of her social media posts.

“Divine Resort and Spa will also not be permitted to use Zari’s photos on their pages/websites. The photographer from Devine Resort and SPA will delete all photos on their system of Zari as well as any photos they may have sent to other bloggers,” a statement on Zari’s social media platforms reads in part, adding that;

“Failure to adhere to the above will require the team to proceed with legal action and compensation.”

However, it is not yet clear if this is likely to happen because the photos have already gone viral and even when the photographer pulls them down from the Spa’s platforms, they will continue circulating on other platforms.
