Katonya is also being investigated by police on SD Ref. 66/13/02/2019 related to grabbing of Mengo Kisenyi land belonging to Christianity Focus Centre, Mengo Kisenyi, (a church pastored by DR. Bp. David Kiganda) as it was proved by a Government Surveyor’s Report which was solicited by the KMP’s office and confirmed by the Senior Staff Surveyor. Anti- Corruption Unit office who recently ordered that file be taken to the DPP (after stacking in the hands of Uganda police for 10 months which aided the culprit not only to grab land, but also to built and finished his 8 comportment building without being prosecuted in courts of law.){kind=link}
