Uganda’s street dance culture is set for a historic moment as the globally celebrated freestyle dance competition, Red Bull Dance Your Style, officially makes its debut in Uganda this May. For the very first time, Ugandan dancers will have the opportunity to compete on one of the world’s biggest street dance platforms, with the Qualifiers taking place on 29th May 2026 at Somewhere Else Bar (formerly Panamera), followed by the National Finals on 30th May 2026 at Vibe House.
The event will bring together some of Uganda’s most talented street dancers in an electrifying showcase of creativity, individuality, rhythm, and freestyle performance, all judged entirely by the audience.
