She flies under the radar. She crosses borders like a ghost. Behind the polished dresses and boardroom smiles, a senior female bigwig at the Civil Aviation Authority is allegedly running a shadow empire built on witchcraft, workplace terror, and a naked thirst for power, and intelligence agents are now closing in.

Sources inside the security apparatus have blown the lid off a chilling operation.

A top management woman at CAA has allegedly been making repeated, undetected trips to Tanzania and Kenya, slipping through the Mutukula border post and vanishing into the East African night.
But she is not going there for a holiday. She is allegedly going there for blood.

Intelligence sources have revealed that the trips allegedly lead straight to powerful shrines in Tanzania and Kenya, where the witchcraft is said to be so potent that it can bend fate itself. The CAA boss is reportedly drawing on those alleged practices.

Cornered by a State House investigation into allegations of illegal recruitment, packing the CAA payroll with friends and relatives, security breaches by placing questionable individuals in ultra-sensitive airport zones, massive salary irregularities, and manipulating staff academic records, she is reportedly scrambling for supernatural protection.

She allegedly wants the powers that be to keep their firing hand frozen, and she is reportedly willing to do anything to survive.

But survival is only the beginning.
Multiple intelligence sources claim the woman is eyeing the Director General’s position once Fred Bamwesigye leaves office.

Sources further allege that she believes the alleged Tanzanian black magic will hasten Bamwesigye’s exit, accelerate his downfall, and clear the way for her to take over.

According to the claims, she is not waiting for luck but attempting to manufacture it through alleged supernatural means.

The alleged black magic is also said to be working overtime inside the CAA buildings.
The investigation team has separately learned that, since the alleged shrine visits intensified, several colleagues have reportedly suffered unexplained illnesses. Others are said to have died suddenly, while some have lost their jobs.

According to insiders, these incidents allegedly coincide with her reported trips to shrines across the Mutukula border.

The corridors of CAA have become a place of fear, with some staff allegedly whispering that the supposed dark rituals demand human sacrifice.

Sources also claim this is not her first association with the alleged dark arts. They allege that the same practices enabled her to remain in one government ministry, department, or agency for decades before she was transferred to CAA a few years ago.

They further claim she has now turned those alleged practices toward securing the Director General’s position.
The alleged covert border crossings are now under intense intelligence scrutiny.

Sources claim she has been exploiting regional travel arrangements by using her national identity card where permitted and allegedly cultivating relationships with border officials to omit, erase, or bypass standard travel-recording procedures.

According to the allegations, she leaves no paper trail, no stamp, and no trace.Intelligence officers are now reviewing her official travel history through all available government records. They are examining border crossing logs for gaps, inconsistencies, and unexplained movements.

They are also assessing whether any exemptions or irregularities may have facilitated her travel and are coordinating with border management and security agencies to establish whether standard procedures were bypassed.

Every allegation
including the alleged cross-border trips, shrine visits, recruitment irregularities, airport security breaches, salary irregularities, manipulation of academic records, and attempts to influence the succession of the Director General
is reportedly part of an ongoing intelligence investigation.
