Why Enroll at Delhi Public School International

The school, located at the Saddler Way in Naguru, a Kampala suburb is a subsidiary of the Ruparelia Group, a conglomerate owned by business magnate and billionaire Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia. Below are some of the reason why you should enroll your child at DPS.

Fully Equipped: Delhi Public School International is fully equipped to the highest standards with over 50 Smart Classrooms, ICT Labs, Science Lab, Home Economics Room, Art Room, Fully Stocked Library, Dining Facility, Swimming Pool, Football Pitch, Indoor Games Room, Yoga Room, and School Clinic among others.

Transparent Admission Process: In the process of being admitted, pupils and students are assessed in the presence of their parents. The assessment tests are usually conducted immediately after the registration of the child or within a maximum period of the next three working days.

“We believe that children are our future. Therefore, we teach them well and let them lead the way. Our aim is to show them what they possess inside.” A school official explains.

Innovative learning: Through its innovative techniques, DPS Uganda strives to expose students to a stimulating and enriching learning experience with knowledge accumulated in many ways. Students at DPS can accumulate knowledge through attending classes, reading books, searching the internet, and doing fieldwork among others. The knowledge acquired helps children to excel in various assignments and exams. They are able to apply it in life after school for example employment. The more knowledge students accumulate the smarter they become.

Delhi Public School International officially started operations in October of 2015 opened by the then education minister Maj. (Rtd) Jessica Alupo (now Vice President) who heaped praise on Billionaire Sudhir for having established a legacy that will stand for a long term.

The city tycoon owns various schools in Kampala and Entebbe and a fast-growing technology-based University – Victoria University which has consistently boosted quality education in Uganda. His schools among others include; Kampala International School Uganda (KISU), Kampala Parents’ School (KPS), among others.
