The Indian Association of Uganda has launched an App that allows hospitals to identity individuals who want to donate blood.

The App called Blood4Uganda, will enable individuals who want to donate blood to volunteer by alerting hospitals or caretakers of patients in need of blood.

This Mobile App is now available from App store on Android and iOS.
The objective of the app is to create a database for the volunteers who can be approached in time of need and to achieve the goal of No shortage of Blood.

The Indian Association of Uganda thus requests all of you to register on App and forward this mesage to your family and friends within Uganda.

It should be noted that the National Blood Bank announced a shortage of blood in stock and urged all Ugandans to who are able to donate blood.

The official launch of the Blood4Uganda App is slated for February 27 and will be held at tycoon Sudhir Ruprelia’s Kabira Country Club.
