As politics continues to infiltrate the local entertainment industry, the Kadongo Kamu celebrated singer Hassan Ndugga of the ‘Ebintu Buzibu’ hit song has reportedly crossed over from the People Power political pressure group to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party.

Ndugga who’s well known for having sung pressure and pro-change songs like Term Egenda, Kampala Aganye, Uganda Ngaali and others said he’s not benefitted anything from People Power and seems to have seen light in the NRM.

Ndugga while still subscribing to the Kyadondo East Legislator, Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine’s opposition People Power pressure group gained more fame and attention when he released a number of songs criticising the current government in power mention ‘Term Egenda and Tulinga Ngaali’ among others.

According to the latest unfolding on our news desk, Ndugga is already in Garambaa walk with president Museveni where he among the key music performers during the launch of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s 6-day Africa Kwetu 195 Km trek in seven districts as a way of retracting the historical routes that the National Resistance Army fighters used during the liberation struggle.

This comes just hours after another People power die hard, comedian Patrick Idringi Salvador crossed over to the NRM ruling government having been satisfied with the party’s core values and objectives following a meeting with President Museveni.

Musicians like Big Eye, Bebecool, Catherine Kusasira, Full Figure, Buchaman, are among others who’ve already declared support to President Museveni.
