The incident happened on Sunday and the ‘shooter’ has been identified as Corporal Babangida Bashir Mango.

According to Fred Enanga, they are actively searching for CPL Babangida and the Chieftancy of the UPDF has already confirmed to them that they have useful clues leading to his arrest.
