Playing victim, seeking for political sympathies and constant scaremongering has never removed a bad government in Africa and Uganda in particular.

Col Besigye’s empty tactics have outlived their usefulness in this day and age . Col Besigye participated in massive looting this country when they (NRA rebel outfit) made all medical stores and facilities empty stealing medicines to rebels during the bush war.

Secondly, Col Besigye commanded the collosal defrauding of Ugandans as a director of logistics and Engineering during his tenure in NRA occupation force at Masaka barracks where he was the overall commander of the then only mechanised barracks.

Col Besigye chief beneficiary and accomplice in crime in the buying of sub standard or the so called junk helicopters national scandal.

Col. Besigye’s wealth can’t be explained infact the IGG ought to have initiated forensic audit into his bounty nationwide beginning with Kasanganti , Rwakabengo and other areas.

Col Besigye’s opulent ,lavish life style has no corresponding justification in the Uganda of yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Vote Rt. Hon. Nandala into power in 2026, a well known auditor and public accountant for us to manage and contain such public looters and pretenders in this country.

I will personally arrest public known thieves including Col Besigye and many others in this country packed both in the ruling party and in opposition fraternity. No more jokes during 2026-2031 & beyond.

Lastly, why should a sane person in this country destroy crops to plant them in the middle of roads ? Such madness can’t be celebrated in the post Museveni dispensation.

Attention seekers just look at his whole body language, he is a pathetic liar and dramatic kingpin.

Col Besigye Should be ashamed of crying foul when he posted that thieves collected his food from his banana plantations at Kasangati a day after he misused suckers on roads of Kampala in his comedy with Lukwago, Mwijukye , Habib Buwembo and Mr. Wine.

Instead of encouraging Ugandans to plant them for food in their gardens and farms they are busy misleading Ugandans to waste time and money planting bananas on roads in Kampala.

Such ignorant selfish minds can’t govern Uganda even if Justice Simon Byakakama of the Electoral Commission favours them during polls.

I hereby conclude that Col Besigye , Mr. Wine and self seeker Lukwago will never ever be Presidents in this country in our lifetime.

Mark my words here dear reader because their habits of collective condemnation can’t grant them credence to govern or rule this country. Not now, never ever!

Comrade Dan Matsiko Malcom is
FDC party Deputy President Western region 2023-2028.
