Court at Law Development Centre (LDC) in Kampala has allowed the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Lady Judge Jane Frances Abodo to withdraw charges against National Unity Platform President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bob Wine.
