The Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) Coordinator for Kampala Metropolitan, Hajjat Kenyangi Sophia Safina, has lauded the people of Ntungamo for turning up in large numbers during the PLU Baraza held on Saturday.

Speaking after the event, Hajjat Kenyangi commended residents for braving the heavy downpour to endorse Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s 2031 presidential bid.

“Despite the rains, the people of Ntungamo came in big numbers and showed PLU and Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba love and support. They are totally ready to support him in 2031. As PLU we are so happy to witness such,” Hajjat Kenyangi said.

Thousands of supporters thronged Rubare in Ntungamo as the Patriotic League of Uganda continues its countrywide mobilization drive ahead of the 2031 General Elections, where its Chairman Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba is expected to contest.
