A devoted wife, mother of four, and proud resident of Nawampandu village, Hon. Kawanguzi Mariam Asiimwe has announced her candidacy for Woman Member of Parliament in Namutumba District on the National Resistance Movement (NRM) ticket.

With her family roots firmly planted in the district, Hon. Kawanguzi Mariam Asiimwe is well-acquainted with the challenges and opportunities within Namutumba.
