PICTORIAL: Inside Sudhir Ruparelia’s Magnificent One-10 Apartments He Recently Put Up for Sale

Meera Investment Limited, a real estate arm under Ruparelia group recently presented Uganda’s largest fabulous homes grand project, the ‘One-10 Apartments’ for sale.

The luxury, high-end apartments are located in Kololo on Prince Charles Drive, one of Kampala’s most affluent and exclusive suburbs; a location home to many of Uganda’s diplomates and elite class, owing to its serene and secure environment.

The long-awaited project offers a total of 156 luxury one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments in a magnificent structure that rises to the 11th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Kampala city below. There are 2 additional basement floors for parking.

A variety of apartment configurations are available to choose from. The two-bedroom apartments come in four different size configurations; 123 m², 163 m², 169 m² and 170 m² of luxury living space. The three-bedroom apartments come in five variants; 183 m², 194 m², 198 m², 233 m² and 250 m², and the four-bedroom apartment comes in one variant of 247 m² of luxury living space.

Sudhir, the chairman of the Ruparelia Group, says, “Meera Investments Limited launched its Build-to-Sell arm in 2018, and with successful demand in our first project, Tagore living, we are now pleased to launch our most luxurious edition One-10 apartments, Prince Charles Drive, Kololo.

Rajiv Ruparelia, Ruparelia Group’s Managing Director, says that the name ‘One-10 Apartments’ reflects a luxury development which embodies all of the top 10 luxury home qualities in a number one location, thus the name, ‘One-10 Apartments’.

“One-10 Apartments features a prime location, spacious & modern apartment designs and an array of communal areas which include a proposed café and poolside bar; this is the first of its kind in Uganda,” he says.

“It is our mission as it has been with all our other developments to deliver the project in time and within budget. We have assembled a project management team that boasts significant experience in the construction industry and can give the project life. There can be no shortcuts in construction,” Rajiv adds.

It’s just recently that Sudhir’s Ruparelia Group was in the news with its latest development coming from the expansion works on the Kabira Country Club, with the addition of a modern shopping mall and fully furnished luxurious apartments. This continues to keep him on the top of the list of Uganda’s property developers.
