On November 10, 2024, New Club Obligato in Wandegeya, Kampala, will come alive with the Kampala Tuzze Cultural Fest, a vibrant event organized by Tondism Faith in collaboration with Kasiko Mutaasa Development Foundation (KMDF) and Nyumya Media.

The festival aims to celebrate Africa’s rich cultural heritage through music, dance, poetry, and traditional regalia showcases.

The festival will feature various activities, including cultural musical performances, traditional attire showcases, poetry readings, and the launch of cultural books and publications.

“This event is about bringing people together to celebrate the beauty and diversity of our cultures,” said Jjumba Lubowa Aligaweesa, Universal High Priest of Tondism Faith.

He added that all attendees are encouraged to wear traditional clothing that reflects their African heritage.

Organisers have promised a family-friendly atmosphere that celebrates diversity without diminishing any particular tradition. The event, which kicks off at 2 PM, will feature performances by prominent cultural musicians and artists from Uganda and beyond.

The festival is supported by sponsors such as Kasiko Mutaasa Development Foundation (KMDF), Kulanama Products, Agali Awamu SACCO, ENNONO TV, FP Electronics, and others.

The Kampala Tuzze Cultural Fest is set to be a key platform for promoting African culture and fostering unity through diversity.
