Entebbe: Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni seems to be tireless on matters of developing his country and pushing further its cooperation with other states based on his unlimited engagements with various groups from a number of countries globally.
Museveni who was awarded another term by Ugandans in the 2021 January polls has today met ambassadors from the Nordic States and discussed a couple of matters involving smooth cooperation and boosting economic development.
The Nordic countries are a geographical and cultural region in Northern Europe and the North Atlantic. It includes the sovereign states of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden as well as the autonomous territories of the Faroe Islands and Greenland, and the autonomous region of the Åland Islands.
Based at State House Entebbe, Museveni revealed, ”Meeting with Ambassadors from the Nordic states (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland) at State House Entebbe. We discussed matters pertaining to economic development and cooperation.”

This comes few days after President Museveni held a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, H.E Abiy Ahmed Ali and specifically discussed bilateral and regional issues.
