Uganda is among the few countries with patriotic investors that do not brink when it comes to boosting their countries’ development. Among the few but heavily-loaded tycoons, Uganda is blessed is Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia aka money magnet who is the chairman of Ruparelia Group of Companies.

Dr. Sudhir, also Nepal ambassador to Uganda is in final plans to kick off construction of a Multibillion Swanky 200-roomed luxury hotel, to be named Kingdom Kampala Hotel.

According to sources close to the Ruparelia group camp, the mega Kampala Kingdom hotel project will kick off in 2023 and finish in 2026. The source further revealed that the project will have 200 rooms including suites and penthouses, plus 226 very high-end apartments with a built-up area of 110,000 square meters. It will also have 35 conference rooms.

Adjacent to the Kingdom Kampala Mall that was opened in 2019, Kingdom Kampala Hotel is set to be an architectural marvel that will borrow the sister mall’s burnt clay brick finish for its exterior.

Yes, Ugandans should be happy for such developments that contribute hugely to the country’s economy but also employs thousands of Ugandan youths. Statistics show that the hospitality industry contributes about 450,000 jobs to the job market in the country.

Meera Investments Limited, the real estate arm of the Ruparelia Group tasked with the construction of this mega project owns a series of hotels, country clubs, and over 300 commercial properties in and around Kampala.

Dr. Sudhir Shares a plan to construct a 200 roomed Kampala Kingdom

Kingdom Kampala, a sister to this mega project is one of these many properties. The complex is a multipurpose space in the epicenter of Kampala.

The property is conveniently between Kampala’s three busiest roads: Nile Avenue, Yusuf Lule Road, and Dewinton Road. Hence, is the perfect location for the hotel.

Kingdom Kampala is luxurious and extremely unique. The interior of Kingdom Kampala is eye-catching, with its contemporary design and modern architectural elements.

Besides the shopping complex, Kingdom Kampala also offerers high-end office space for various businesses. All offices have a high-quality porcelain tile floor finish, with granite floors for lift and reception lobby areas.
