Engineer Daniel Ssebugwawo, Husband To ICT Minister, Set To Be Laid to Rest On Monday

Uganda is in mourning following the death of Engineer Daniel Ssebugwawo, husband to Hon. Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo, State Minister for ICT and National Guidance. A revered figure in engineering, education, and community development, Daniel passed away on December 20, 2024, at 89 years old.

Joyce Ssebugwawo began in 1963, blossoming into a marriage that spanned nearly six decades. Their partnership, forged in London in 1965, was one of mutual respect and shared dreams.
