According to UPDF Spokesperson Brig Flavia Bwekyaso who confirmed the sad news on Wednesday evening revealed that Mulindwa died at Mulago National Referral Hospital after being admitted in the intensive care unit ‘ICU’.
He was rushed to the hospital over the weekend after he presented signs Covid-19 with severe headache, strong dry cough and sneezing.
Brig. Gen. Mulindwa’s untimely demise shocked the entire UPDF family.

“The UPDF family with sadness announce the passing on of the Acting Chief of Administration and Personnel Brig Gen Emmanuel Mulindwa. He passed on at Mulago Referral Hospital today at 1600hrs. We join the family in grief at this trying moment and pray for God’s strength. MAGRIP”.
