Interpol’s Most Wanted Chinese National Escape From Uganda Police Cells

The police have put Shs5M bounty on Chinese national, Gao Yudong who escaped from Kololo Police Station between January 18, 2020 and February 12, 2020.

Police spokesperson Fred Enanga revealed that Yudong entered Uganda from Beijing on January 17, 2020. As soon as he landed at Entebbe International Airport, a RED notice was issued by INTERPOL Beijing. We informed the security operatives at the airport to arrest him with immediate effect” he said.

CP. Enanga added that police was really shocked to find that the suspect mysteriously escaped from police custody leaving behind his passport, E43694653.

“He must be using forged or temporal travel documents with the help of some security officers to escape the custody and ran away ”Enanga said.

Police has issues an appeal to the public that whoever has an information which may lead to his arrest and prosecution to pass it in confidence to the nearest Police Station with an award.
